1) THE INVENTOR OR FORMULAS GENIUS.This person is either an inventor or a formulas person.of course formulas that do work.America produced many inventor geniuses like the Wright brothers the inventors of the aeroplane and Thomas Edison the inventor of the light bulb.The formulas genius is someone like Albert Einstein.his work became a hit in America where he went to live.EInstein was also practical and hands on in his work.
2) THE "A" STUDENT GENIUS.Some of these people graduate from university as early as just nine years old.
3) THE HARD TO TELL PERSON.With this kind of a person you cannot tell if he is coming or going.At times you can't tell if he is wearing his pair of trousers front or backwards.Be very patient and careful with sort of a fella.There is an up to 60% chance that he is a genius in an already known field or in a field yet to be discovered.Confusion can be the order of his day.You must groom him or her.Ask them to identify something that they are really comfortable with and good at.The rest just might be history from then onwards.
